Easy to arrange appointment over the phone with a very professional assistant!!
The engineer phoned to tell me he was on way! He had a very professional & friendly approach kept me updated on process of my fire service & cleaned everything up on leaving! I would not hesitate in recommending their services!!

We had 7 radiators replaced. Jay was very thorough doing the survey and made a couple of suggestions which we appreciated. On the day Michael, John and Cole used 'roll and stroll' carpet protector and were neat, tidy and respectful inside the house. We asked to change one of the radiators on the day and it was no trouble. Would happily use them again 👍.

Connor fitted a new boiler at my property today and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless once the job was done. The installation was smooth and stress free, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled boiler engineer.

We’ve used Wirral Gas since we moved to this house 4 years ago - the builder who renovated the property used them to move the boiler from an upstairs bedroom and we’ve used them ever since. Recently they helped us out when the gas fitter used by the guy upgrading our kitchen let us down at the last minute I rang Wirral Gas and they were here 2 hours later - absolutely brilliant - disconnected the cooker and hob which allowed the job to start the following Monday. Wirral Gas have always provided a friendly and efficient service - all the fitters and staff are really nice and can’t help enough - won’t go anywhere else - highly recommend. Thank you Wirral Gas

Superb. A first class service!
Wirral Gas are our builder's (Wirral Joiner & Construction) go-to gas, heating and plumbing sub-contractor. During our recent kitchen/diner refurb, they installed all the new copper pipework. From start to finish the service was excellent! A whole team of guys arrived on site at 0800 hrs and worked right through the day, some not leaving until 1900 hrs, to ensure the installation was completed without delay . A hob was also connected later in the project, plus installation of a dog shower and tap on the outside wall and a relocation of a condensate pipe for the gas boiler. Finally, Brad fitted our gorgeous radiator with absolute care and attention. He went out to Screwfix to get the best possible drill bit before drilling through our newly fitted porcelain wall tiles to ensure they didn't crack. He went above and beyond, thinking carefully about the job in hand. Wonderful. Last, but by no means least, a special mention to the fabulous Jade working at Wirral Gas offices. She is an absolute credit to the business. Communicative, organised, polite, she portrays a super professional point of contact for the business and keeps everything ticking along seamlessly. We would not hesitate in recommending Wirral Gas to all our friends and acquaintances, as the whole company are harding working, reliable, friendly and have an extremely high standard of work. They are also very tidy! What more could you ask for! Thanks to all involved in our little project; Jade, Sam, 'Copper Connar' (for his beautiful pipework), 'Rad by Brad' Brad (for the beautiful rad installation), Sean, the apprentice, and those I don't know the names of! Great company. Superb quality of work. They did a brilliant job last year of installing a new boiler and radiators in every room. Have just had an extra radiator plumbed in. Very friendly and obliging. Would certainly recommend.
